Midvalley Megamall

Midvalley Megamall is our favourite place for shopping while in KL. This place still top our list even though more shopping places had been established in KL in the recent years.

Everything from food, toys, gadget, fashion and etc can be found under one roof.

I usually take KTM Commuter to get here from KL Sentral (RM1 one way). However, it will be very crowded especially during the weekends and public holiday. Once exiting the station and walk through the sky bridge, you will be on the 1st floor in the North Court of the mall.

I will avoid taking the taxi at all cost as they are expensive and most of the drivers are rude. However we were forced to take a taxi from KL Sentral to the nearby Boulevard Hotel last month as the KTM was too crowded. The last time i took a taxi when in KL was way back in 2004.

For ladies, they might need a full 1-2 days here to shop and decide what to buy here. The men will probably finish their shopping in less than 12 hours.

Vincci outlet on the ground floor is very popular with the ladies. A large crowd will throng this place during sale.

I don't have anything in mind to purchase except browsing through some toys and collectibles here

The latest Transformers figures (including the Constructicons which merged to form Devastator) from the latest and first movie can be found in Toy 'R' Us

Cititel Hotel is the first hotel been established here. I stayed here about 2-3 times and this is not my favourite hotel as the room here is too small for me. The hotel is located at the East Court of the mall.

For those who fancy to get a pet, head to Pets wonderland on the 3rd floor.

Food Junction on the 3rd floor is basically the food court for the mall. This place will be a cheaper alternative to dine while in the mall.

Interested in Feng Shui? The World of Feng Shui which is owned by our famous feng shui master, Lilian Too. It has all sorts of items to improve the feng shui of the house, office and etc.

If shopping is not your cup of tea, just head to the Golden Screen Cinemas to check out the latest movies.
