Hock Lee Centre is the nearest shopping place while I stayed in 360 Hotel last time around. This is my only second visit to this shopping centre.
Hock Lee shopping centre is consider a small shopping complex by my standard. The building consists of 4 levels (including the basement) of shops. It has a moderate size concourse at the basement and average shopping environment.
There are a handful selection of reasonable priced clothes on the ground floor.
Strangely, the food court no longer exist on the third floor as oppose to the wordings on the ceiling of the very same floor. The only affordable place to dine here is Jolly Kitchen, also on the third floor.
I believe Hock Lee Shopping Centre is starting to lose its charm due to the fact more modern shopping malls been established in Kuching city. It's pretty quiet here during the week day but I been told the crowd usually patron this place in the weekends

smaller malls can only last for a certain time unless they upgrade and expand.
The place is serene but lesser customers on weekdays.. have been once but find it nice place as searching for books!
very spacious..
aww miss the place
This mall looks big. I wonder how retail shops make money when the crowd isn't there on weekdays, and the rental cost is high in the city.
Nice..
I was in Kuching also last week. Hock Lee got no attraction frankly.
pretty vibrant now with new outlets and the 360 hotel which has taken up both towers !
for a building which is older than a decade it has certainly aged well and is better looking than any of the new malls. wish kuching developers could be as creative as hock lee and add to the skyline rather than just think of profits ...
Great webpage brother I am about to notify this to all of my friends and contacts.Metropolis at Metrotown on shopping-canada.com
