Dessert

Next Hotel 81 Chinatown is a small dessert shop at New Bridge Road which we went one night (I think on Singapore's National Day, after watching the fireworks).

I had the sea coconut cocktail (SGD 3) and my wife was having Fresh Soursop (SGD 3) I find the presentation a bit different from what we are used to in Malaysia. Here, they grind the ice and put the fruits on top of it. Back in Malaysia, there is usually syrup and etc to somehow melt the ice.

The street ice cream here is also a bit different with what we were used to in Malaysia. I got this ice cream from Chinatown Singapore for SGD1. The ice cream is rectangular shape, flanked with 2 crispy wafer. In Malaysia, we were used to have cone ice cream

the ice-cream looked kinda cute.... but i think i prefer the cone type... at least you don't get ice-cream dripping all over your fingers, especially for people who enjoys their ice-cream slowly, like me...

The most important thing about ice cream is its taste. The ice cream taste pretty much the same as what we used to in Malaysia
