I had a friend who owns a pharmacy and I had decided to blog about his shop since this month coincide with the shop 3rd year anniversary.

The shop is located at Jalan Lembangan, nearby the old SMC (Sibu Municipal Council) building and the pasar malam (night market).

This is the general overview once one step into the shop from the main entrance. It is not a big shop but one can still comfortably navigate around it and view the products on display.

The pharmacist is Eric Wong and his qualification is well displayed on the wall. Eric graduated from University of Otago, New Zealand (Eric is too shy for the photo shoot. Hence, I am unable to show how he looks like)

I particularly like this board. It kinds of notify the consumers what is today's special offer. Pretty much like some western restaurant which advertise the catch of the day and etc.

A wide array of vitamins pill and supplements are sold here

Durex condoms are sold here. A few varieties of Durex condoms such as Tingle, Close Fit, Comfort, Extra Safe and etc are available here. The shop mostly sell in small packages which had 3 units of condoms in it.

Cheaper condoms are also available with some of the brands I never come across before

Cough syrup and tablets/sweets for sore throat or cough comes in all types and brands

For those who had problem with penis erection and etc, no worries. There is always a solution. Here, the shop offered Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. I strongly recommend the Cialis and Levitra (I never tried this before)

The medicines sold here are all genuine and not imitation. One can check using this device here to screen and verify the security tag/sticker from the Department of Health on the packaging.

For birth control, a wide range of product are available. These pills are to be consumed by the ladies and not for the guys to control hormones and etc to prevent pregnancy.

I usually bought Febricol from the shop as I usually suffer from fever, running nose and headache. Febricol is a combination of paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine HCI and Chlorpheniramine Maleate

A wide range of Panadols are available here.

For the health concious, this Xenical pill can eliminate and get rid of those excess fat and cholestrol.

Portable blood pressure gauges are sold here at reasonable price

This notebook is the only form of entertainment for the Pharmacist on duty. This Acer laptop is in pretty bad shape now and in need of a new replacement soon.

I also notice this warning notice in the shop. However, there is no CCTVs in the vicinity. I asked Eric about it and found out the notice is to scare off those who had bad intention. According to Eric, there was an incident where a guy "snatched" a Viagra from the counter and ran off.

Important thing of all, don't be shy to share your complication when you see a pharmacist. They are willing to help you and provide you with the appropriate medication.
