Expert Keng Hock

While in Kuching city centre, there is a place called Expert Keng Hock which sell decent dried pork. This place is open as early as 8am until 9.30pm

Some of their signature products are sliced dried pork, minced dried pork, chili dried chicken and floss

The premise is actually the house of the owner which use a portion of the car porch to sell their product. Expert Keng Hock is located just opposite Somerset Gateway at Jalan Bukit Mata.

The minced pork sold here are at a reasonable price compare to the more established outlets. 1kg of minced pork at RM64 and its taste and texture are comparable to those popular outlets.

The owner also seems to diversify its business as I did not recall the selling of fruit preserves, Sarawak peppers and pickles during my last visit here in 2007.

hmmm.... really so good, i think i need to ask my frenz to get me some when he went back to Kuching for his vacation :p
