Souq Putrajaya

Souq is pretty much the place to take a break after exploring the nearby Putra Square and Putra Mosque. This is also the nearest loo for visitors here who are not allowed to use the one in the mosque. Just take the escalator next to the Putra Mosque to reach Souq.

More shopping awaits at the Souq. Comprising numerous stalls, the Souq was designed after the famous bazaars in the Middle West. It offers the exciting experience of finding the best bargain by browsing amidst the seemingly endless array of shops. Hunt for souvenirs, apparels, fabrics, handicrafts, bags, accessories and many more.

Selera Putra are among the main food court that dish out a variety of local, western and international cuisine

The boulevard outside the Souq offers a breathtaking view of Putra Mosque, Putrajaya Lake and Precint 2, 3 & 4. Putrajaya Lake Cruise berth is also along the this same boulevard.

thanks for the pointers...sometimes when there is an urgency to answer nature's call it is difficult in Malaysia....

I have to study places very well before I take a tour...JUST IN CASE...some authorities do not understand this. Like in Kuching Electra house...all the toilets there were locked...and I had felt that older people had to wear adult pampers to hang out there...Do you know where is the nearest toilet there? That is one reason why you don't find older people there...

Just my comment....I used to laugh at PLEASE HOLD....now it is no longer a laughing matter.
