Fujian Garden @ Kuching

I stumbled upon Fujian Garden while venturing the nearby Jubilee Recreation Ground. In fact I never thought this garden actually exist as it is not shown in most Kuching map I came across.

The arch at the main entrance that welcome visitors to the garden

These statues which are located at the main entrance seems to be "guarding" this garden

There is another cat statue inside it. This statue kind of compliment the existing cat statues along Pandungan Road.

There is a Chinese Zodiac Garden here which features all the 12 Zodiac animals.

A number of shelters been erected around the garden to beautify the surrounding area as well as a place for visitors to rest and enjoy the soothing environment.

Some of the shelters have a beautiful painting at the ceiling. I almost missed these paintings if I didn't look up while sitting inside one of the shelters.

I believe the garden is a good place to take a nap too as this guard was in his deep slumber without realizing my presence.
