Batang Ai Lake Boat Ride

We board the boat from the Hilton Batang Ai Jetty and head to the Resort. The ride is free for those who already had confirmed their room at the resort

Life jackets are plenty and readily available but somehow no one put it on

The surrounding area of the lake is peaceful and beautiful. The boat ride is smooth as the lake water is calm. So, no need to worry about getting sea sick whatsoever.

I believe this is a tall tree that still stood firmly from its foundation which is pretty much submerged by the lake.

The resort is well camouflage by the surrounding foliage


Finally, we arrived at the resort. The whole boat trip is about 20 minutes

    hello there!

    oh i miss being on a boat ride...especially the leisurely kind of ride when you just have to pay for the boat and you will be brought all around an island. :D

    I never tried a boat ride in a lake before--must be a different feeling---must feel safer since you know the body of water is surrounded by water---
