Moisture Absorber

Anyone using a moisture absorber at home? Basically it sucks out the moisture from the air in an enclosed spaces such as wardrobe, drawers and etc. The container will be filled with water after 1-2 months.

I did some experiment with the water inside it and found some horrifying results. The water is definitely corrosive as can be seen here as it is causing metal (it was coated with paint before) to corrode.

Even the grass died (upon a few days) after the water been poured onto them. Notice the dried up spot compare to the surrounding grass.

I don't think I will get any of those moisture absorber anymore as the end result is not environmental friendly.

The inner "water" is fully sealed, and seldom have leakage. Hoever, never expect such kind of effect of this water, thought to be normaly moisture been absorbed.
